MILLER - MATEJCEK, Inc.
was founded in 1988 by Bill Miller and Matty Matejcek. As brokers, they have successfully helped thousands of people with
their Real Estate transactions. Active in the community and numerous organizations, our staff offers an abundance of resource
information and years of experience and service. Their diverse backgrounds in all facets of the Real Estate industry

BILL MILLER has over 37 years experience
in construction, development and the Real Estate Industry. Prior to entering the active Real Estate market, he was a Banker
and an Escrow Officer. He has developed numerous commercial, industrial and single family residential projects throughout
the San Joaquin Valley. In addition to large condominium projects, multi family residential projects, custom homes and mobile
home parks, he has also built single family, and multi-family projects on the Central Coast. Additionally, as a principal,
he has developed a chain of mini-storage facilities in the San Joaquin Valley. Mr Miller also has over 30 years experience
as a Real Estate Broker handling residential, commercial, investment properties, tax deferred exchanges and Real Estate project
financing.
MATTY
MATEJCEK has been in business for himself for over 40 years and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. For over 30
years he has been in construction, development, real estate management and sales, both as a principal and as a real estate
professional. Mr. Matejcek has developed commercial office buildings, rental income properties, condominiums and custom homes
in both San Luis Obispo County and the San Joaquin Valley. |
